Mountain Top in the Marketplace is my collection of personal poems exploring themes of cross-cultural identity, the search for meaning and belonging, mysticism, and post-metaphysical inquiries. I wrote these poems over two decades in places ranging from bustling cafes in Kathmandu to the serene heights of Machu Picchu, from other-wordly ashrams in India to lively London markets, from the foggy shores of Sonoma County to the rainy streets of Reykjavik, and many other places.

In these pages, I chronicle my quest to find a sense of home and belonging while grappling with life's profound truths. My work weaves together narratives that blend traditional roots with modernity and postmodernity, following a recurring pattern of disillusionment and rediscovery—a story of letting go of the illusions of separate selfhood and finding joy in life's everyday moments.

Currently, the book is in the editorial process as it moves toward publication.
